Putnam Investments is a global money management firm with over 68 years of investment experience, $190 billion in assets under management, and nearly 11 million shareholders.

Putnam partnered with us to create a uniform and scalable reporting interface for Putnam's various internal reporting systems with the goals of enhancing user productivity, reducing training time and streamlining development processes.

We conducted contextual user research, heuristic analysis, information architecture design, directional interface design and provided visual design direction.

The result was an easy to learn and consistent interaction pattern across all reporting systems. This allowed the user base to be more productive and easily move from system to system. The development team was also able to consolidate maintenance and enhancement efforts.
